Wizbang goes fizzle.

Wizbang blog comments on the law and how it operated under the Schiavo case

I do agree with the comment bad cases make bad law. However, I do not agree the federal judges acted properly. It is a congressional power for the congress to dictate the jurisdiction of the lower federal courts and the federal courts in this case were ordered to make a "de novo" review of the facts. The courts did not they acted outside of the constitution and flipped off the congress and the people. The Congress did not order a finding the ordered a review; a review that was not granted.

As far as Wizbang's comment about any laws that may come out of this doing more damage than gay marriage I have nothing but derisive chortles. Huh? Killing a spouse is a private marital affair. We'ld better start apologizing to Scott Peterson!
