Kevin this time does bring up a good point.
Manitowoc County is talking about putting roundabouts at HWY 310 & the Cty Q & Cty R intersections. Why? HWY 310 is by far the dominant road so it is right that Q & R traffic have to stop. I believe that people are now used to stopping at these intersections, so why the change?
Seeing which intersection R is I am in complete agreement with Kevin. Q is just as silly too. A better intersection for a roundabout would be Cty Road R & P and even P & Waldo Blvd.
It seems though it is going to happen no matter what makes sense or the people want.
