Of course President Bush will be blamed for not doing anything about it. However, when the 9/11 Commission reconvenes to discuss this latest finding, Jamie Gorelick should be REMOVED from the commission. The policies and rules she was instrumental in putting into place prevented the Government from going after these baddies.
Its bad enought "the wall" is abused with respect to religion and now it is being abused with respect to national security.
