An Appleton Story!

The Wisconsin Ms. Wheelchair has been stripped of her title!

Apparently she is not in her wheelchair 100% of the time and was photographed teaching while standing by the Appleton Post Crescent.

It is the Ms. Wheelchair's contest and they make the rules and the decisions.
