Words DO Matter!

Consider the current fight in the US Senate over judges. The term was coined by the GOP and the term is "nuclear option" and this option is revising the rules to block the Dems wild use of the filibuster threat to block the nominations. The proper terms should be constitutional option but the damage is done and the Dems use the "nuclear option" to somewhat good effect.

Many on the Left claim there is nothing unconstitutional about the situation as it is. True enough and the remedy to Dem obstructionism is just as constitutional. The constitution does not dictate the rules for debate nor does it mandate anything more than a majority vote to confirm justices.
