LGF documents a case where a Danish Newspaper published cartoons depicting the prophet Mohammed. The previously coded link shows the last of about 12 submissions to the newspaper. Some are respectful, some are not. The one linked to above is I consider neutral but any attempt at such a depiction is something a Muslim would consider disrepsectful.
