What is a Rainbow?

The symbol used by the skin-deep diversity mongerers is the rainbow. What is a rainbow?

A rainbow is sunlight separated into its constituent colors. What good is sunlight? As we all should know sunlight aids in the production of vitamin D in our bodies and is essential to plant-life and their photosynthesis processes. This photosynthesis thingy is critical to life on earth.

Now, if we took that rainbow the skin-deep diversity mongerers used and applied it to plants we find that not all wavelengths of light spur photosynthesis equally.

Sunlight in order to do its work must work as a united harmony rather than be split into its constituent components. Same too for people, in order to work together we must unite around common goals rather than split on skin-deep characteristics.
