Chaplain Lewis is Home.

Just visited Training for Eternity the blog of Army Chaplain Lewis.

He was onsite in the Mosul mess hall attack and had some observations I wish the MSM would have reported, but of course the MSM knowing nada about affairs military wouldn't know what was and what was not significant.

Anyway he is home now and describes his homecoming with some good writing. While I was never downrange from mortars, was not dealing with mass-cal events I can relate to the long flight home where the minutes seem to drag longer and longer the closer we would get to Chicago. Read homecoming here.
