Wow! What a horrible and fundamental misunderstanding of rights. Property rights are not granted by the government. Us citizens have our property rights coming into the game, it is only after the game is played that property rights are surrendered (sometimes willingly, sometimes not) but to claim the government grants us property rights is the basis for tyranny!
