I don't always agree with Bill but on this issue I do. We need immigration but it should be controlled.

Bill kept asking Juan what he would do about illegal immigration and Juan stated he would order up more of what the President has proposed. That is essentially nothing.

The Minutemen are entitled to do what they are doing. The government of the USA is failing at this job so a group of citizens is making sure it gets done. Sure, the immigrant flow is most likely going around the Minutemen's area of patrol, but it shows what happens when there is serious patrol.
