Miers Is Doomed.
I am getting this feeling the Harriet Miers nomination is doomed.
In fact I am slowly drifting back to my original take on the nomination David Souter in a skirt.. More and more information is coming out that is just piling up and pretty soon the water is going to spill over and into the boat.
I guess if you think about it when Senator X asks about her approach to interpreting the constitution she isn't going to say it means what I say it means or something similar. She will say she will stick to the text of the constitution and nothing else.
The Bush administration have handled this nomination terribly, what happened between Roberts and Miers?
