A Gas Blog.

Today's Appleton Post Crescent published a call from Florence Courtney. The amazing thing is the call does not result in an Eight-Ball award. Oh well, I am sure Florence will win an Eight-Ball within the next week or two.

SPOILED: I can see why truck drivers complain about the price of gas, but motor-home people don’t have to complain. If they can afford a motor home, they can afford the gas. Think about people in California. Theirs is always higher. Gas usually comes down in price, and if it doesn’t, so what? Other things cost money, too. Just get rid of the things that aren’t necessary and pay for the things that are. For crying out loud. Got too good a life, I guess.

Florence Courtney,

Appleton

YOU choose your vehicle. YOU had a pretty good idea as to how much gas it consumes when you bought it. The fact you bought an full ton, crew-cab, long box, dually pickup truck for hauling your bicycle around was not genetically programmed into you. Quit the griping or start to drive a more fuel efficient vehicle.
