This is a picture of the lot Claudia and I are in the process of purchasing.

The house next door is nearly complete. This picture is in mid-spring and the leaves are not yet out. They are now! I can not wait to see this lot during the fall!

We also received word today it perc'ed conventional and that satisfies our contingency. The train just left the station.
