Wretchard Reveals Wretchard!

Wretchard of the Belmont Club reveals his true identity to the world!

He is Richard Fernandez of Filipino birth, Australian citizenship, and of USA education.

He states to us he has a master's degree in public policy from Harvard.

This explains much. The only mystery remaining, is how he managed to retain (or obtain) the outlook of the world he expresses at the Belmont Club.
