Never Mind the Flooded Busses Update!

Yesterday I briefly commented on and informed you of a story from Wizbang: Nevermind the Flooded Busses That was a Jawa Report HT, btw. Now The Jawa Report does a thorough analysis of the Wizbang story and finds it accurate.

Essentially what it all comes down to is New Orleans had many municipal (school and otherwise) busses available for evacuation duty, and not all were destroyed by the flood that resulted from the levy breach. The fact is those people who were suffering in the Superdome and in other places could have been evacuated! Of course, it is better to curse the dark and blame it on a President you don't like than to fix the light.
