TABOR Introduced.

Owen from Boots and Sabers tells us the TABOR has been introduced into the State Legislature. If you have been reading Blogger Beer for sometime you know I am real fond of the TABOR. They have the bugs worked out of it and when people tell you it has made a mess of Colorado you need to tell them that bug is not in Frank's version of this.

Wisconsin is one of the highest taxed states in the nation. Not only do we lose jobs overseas but we lose jobs to other states due to our high rate of taxation.

TABOR doesn't cut a thing, it limits growth. People will try to tell you TABOR is slashing state spending but don't you believe it! TABOR limits spending.

Think of it this way. You get a raise every year. You plan on that and plan on increasing your expenditures based on that. Do you increase spending more than your expected raise? That is what this is.
