Unanimous Consent I Suppose.

Michelle Malkin points out the schennanigans of the American Association of Law Libraries. They have a resolution:
calling for the withdrawal of U.S. military forces from Iraq and for a shift of U.S. government budgetary priorities to, among other objectives, provide assistance for the reconstruction of cultural and other resources of Iraq

The resolution did not receive majority support with the comment that it requires a supermajority to not consider a resolution. What happens when a supermajority shoots it down in a final vote? Unanimous consent is required for disapproval?
