Khalas Hada.

The Dubai Ports World deal is over with, except for leftist senators who are telling DPW they can't quit the deal as the Senate is rejecting it. Sounds an awful like a sad sitcom.

Actually, the deal is closed and DPW right now owns the contracts to operate the terminals but is going to sell them.

Charles Krauthammer believes there will be a price to pay but nothing precipitous. Perhaps the next time Emirate's Air needs jets Boeing will not be considered seriously, but only in an effort to keep Airbus honest.

So, do we now force all foreign entities to divest themselves of our ports operations? How about our airports?
