Recently HowDea made a comment on how we need to do anti-terror like the British. Hahahahahaha, sure HowDea then one your buddy judges strikes down a tool to do anti-terror, not to speak of how if we had half of the anti-terror tools the Brits have you and your ilk would be screaming...bloody murder.
On the Fox News show Special Report Fred Barnes notes a soldier may shoot a terrorist in the head but we dare not tap a phone conversation the terrorist is having with someone in the states. Absurd no?
There is a serious constitutional question here but not the one many may think. It is the courts and congress trying to wrest Commander in Chief powers from the president.
