IMO, this observation is right on. I too think most people will see it the same way. The MSM really piled on in that memo story vastly overstating the memos importance. They did claim it was distributed by GOP leaders to GOP Senators. The fact of the case was the memo was not distributed by leaders nor did all GOP senators receive it. Only one GOP Senator and he mistakenly distributed it to Tom Harkin (D-Iowa).
